Glenormiston Butter Factory in South West Victoria before 1910. The bluestone building
was a converted woolstore. The carts are queuing at the lift which transferred milk cans
straight from cart to factory. During the 1920s, Glenormiston Factory had sixteen cream
separators and was reputed to be the largest milk separating factory in the world.
